This cozy taqueria and bar with a menu centered around West Coast-inspired adaptations of classic Mexican food and tacos has recently opened its doors. The fun and bright “taco lover” sign along the back wall brings a quirky feel that Austin is all about.

Simi Estiatorio
This fine-dining restaurant bringing authentic Greek seafood recipes to Austin will be opening this spring. Fish will be flown in daily from the Mediterranean, and the menu will have items like grilled octopus and skewered scallops with Vidalia onions.
